Initial Consultation
Every one of our projects starts with a site meeting. During this we will discuss what you are looking for, the proposed site and your budget. This will enable us to draw up some initial ideas
Designs
Next we will draw up some plans, normally alongside a 3d CAD model, to enable you to get a good idea of what we are proposing. These designs can be changed as many times as necessary to get the perfect building for you
Pricing
Once the design is agreed we will draw up a full specification and price. This will be broken down into sections, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Permissions
Planning permission will now be sought where required, and any ammendments that the planners request made.
Scheduling
Once planning permission has been granted your build will be scheduled and a start date given.
Groundworks
The stable base and any access tracks will be constructed first. This can be done by us, or by other contractors if you prefer.
Building
Once the groundworks are completed then your stables can be built!
Finishing touches
Any landscaping, planting or other finishing touches are then completed
Enjoy
Once everything is complete you are free to move your horses in and start enjoying your stables.
